PINOT NOIR 2023

Tasting notes:
The aroma is intense, with tones of black cherries and preserved sour cherries.
The taste is medium-full, with tones of small red fruits and cherries, complemented by a touch of oak aging.

Winemaking:
macerated for 3 weeks on the skins in the stainless steel tank and fermented, aged in French oak barrels
Francois Freres for 12 months, the size 400 L, combination old and new barrels. 
After 12 months the wine was taken out of the barrels to the stainless steel tank for 3 months

Pair with:
pairs well with a variety of dishes. It's known for complementing earthy, savory, and even some seafood dishes.
Classic pairings include duck, mushrooms, and salmon, but it also shines with roasted chicken, pork, and certain
cheeses, Peking duck or Hoisin-glazed pork

Alcohol: 14,0 %

Residual Sugar: 0,3 g/l

T.A.: 5,5 g/L

Final blend: 100% Pinot Noir
