Tasting notes:
Medium-intensity yellow color. The aroma has a classic character of citrus, lime peel, and dried ginger.
The taste features juicy acidity with a slight residual sugar. Medium-length finish.

Winemaking:
Fermented and aged in the stainless steal tank for 7 months on the fine lees, filtration and botteling.

Pair with:
Riesling, with its high acidity and range of sweetness,is a versatile wine for food pairing. Dry Rieslings pair well with seafood, sushi,
and salty dishes like charcuterie. Off-dry Rieslings balance the spice in Asian cuisine, particularly Thai and Indian dishes.
